Minimum charge
A £12 minimum charge per company applies each month. Companies with fewer than 3 users pay £12; from 3 users upwards, billing is simply £4 per user.
Add or remove users
Pro-rated to the day. Onboard a new starter on the 14th, you pay for half a month. Off-board on the 20th, that seat stops billing the same day.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. Sign up, link your tenant, you're live the same day.
What counts as a 'user'?
A named human who can raise tickets. Service accounts and shared mailboxes don't count toward your seat total.
Why per user?
We price per user to keep costs fair. Support requests scale with team size, so the bill scales the same way.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There are no contracts. Cancel anytime.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. £12 per company, per month. If your user total is below 3, you pay £12 rather than the per-user amount.
Will the price change without warning?
Any price change is announced 60 days in advance, in writing, and never applies mid-billing-period.
Are out-of-hours tickets charged extra?
No. The price at 03:00 on a Sunday is the same as the price at 15:00 on a Tuesday.
What's not included?
Anything physical, high-risk tenant-wide actions, and unsupported platforms such as on-prem servers or legacy operating systems. The full list is on the exclusions page.

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the number of active users on your account. The price is £4 per user per month, with a minimum charge of £12 per company. Pricing scales automatically as users are added or removed.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time. Billing is monthly.
How and when will I be billed?
You'll be billed monthly in advance. An invoice is issued at the start of each billing period, and a receipt is sent once payment is successfully processed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit or debit card and PayPal.
What happens if I add or remove users mid‑month?
If users are added during a billing period, charges are applied pro‑rata for the remaining time. If users are removed, future billing adjusts accordingly. We do not issue refunds for past usage.
Who receives invoices and receipts?
Invoices and receipts are sent by email to Company Admin users only. Standard users do not receive billing emails.
Is VAT charged?
For UK‑based companies, VAT is applied where required. If a valid VAT number is provided, it will be shown on invoices and VAT will be handled correctly. If no VAT number is provided, VAT will be included in the charge. VAT is shown clearly as a separate line item on invoices and receipts.
Can I change the number of users on my account?
Yes. Company Admins can add or remove users at any time via the Company Admin screen. Billing updates automatically.
What currency will I be charged in?
Billing is handled in GBP, USD, or EUR depending on your account location and selected currency. A single currency applies per company account.
What happens if payment fails?
If a payment cannot be processed, access to AI support may be paused until payment is successfully completed. Company Admins will be notified by email.
Who should I contact about billing questions?
All billing queries should be submitted via the support portal by a Company Admin.
